The right tool for the job

Sometimes a knife is too “perfect,” if you will.  We don’t always “need” a “clean line” in our preparations (seal steaks, giraffe necks, etc.).  It’s at those times in which I, being who I am, reach for the trusty Silver Lion.  I recently purchased a new one; the last one has lasted over the last 9.3 years and I am sorry to see it go.  It has performed its duty well.

Question what you “think” you know.

Rely on your instincts.

Cut the chaff from the wheat.

You may be more incredible than even “you” think.

Anybody looking for a lightly-used, meat-scented non-working chainsaw?
