Radical Extraction


The Bakon Vodka I posted about a while back sparked some mental gymnastics.  If they could add bacon flavor without adding any meat…

Liquid bacon.
Liquid CLEAR bacon.
CLEAR bacon.
What if you could completely extract the meat from bacon itself?

Well, through a technique that I cannot mention in these virtual pages, due to impending Patent Pending, I have done just that.  What you see below is bacon without the meat.

The only problem at this stage is that it is also completely lacking in flavor.  It is very likely that infusing it with bacon-infused vodka will fix the problem; I just have not had the time!
